Christina Gustafson serves as the Senior Commercial Administrator at Michael Saunders & Company, where she has been a key member of the team since 2021. In this multifaceted role, she oversees the full lifecycle of commercial transactions — from listing management to closing coordination — while supporting the division’s operations, compliance, and agent success.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Christina spent seven years at CareCloud, a leading cloud-based healthcare technology company, where she developed a strong foundation in information technology, data center management, server infrastructure, business intelligence, and data analytics. She acquired deep expertise in healthcare information systems, workflow optimization, and the administration of complex data environments. Her experience managing enterprise-level data centers and server architectures, while supporting medical practices nationwide, equipped her with the technical skills and strategic mindset essential for enabling high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

Earlier in her career, Christina served as a Practice Administrator for a medical office and worked as a surgical technician in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery. These roles instilled in her the precision, discretion, and adaptability required in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

A lifelong Florida resident, Christina is committed to giving back to her community. She has volunteered with her local fire department, supporting emergency disaster response efforts — demonstrating her calm leadership and community-first mindset.

When she’s not coordinating closings or streamlining team processes, Christina is often outdoors — kayaking, hiking, skydiving, exploring national parks, and traveling the world in search of new experiences. She’s also a skilled drummer and a proud mother to two amazing children, Grace and Ryan. Her loyal dog and sidekick, Toby, is never far from her side.
