Her tenure across real estate, hospitality and design industries translates to a multifaceted perspective that enriches every facet of her work.

As the former Vice President of a fully integrated marketing and public relations agency with a portfolio of Fortune 500 brands, Michelle was responsible for business development and led the launch of several high-profile regional real estate projects. Most recently she also served as Vice President of Operations for a luxury development firm specializing in boutique waterfront condominium communities that set records for sales prices and established a new standard for bespoke offerings in downtown Sarasota. The experience gained from working on projects from design, pre-development and construction to marketing, sellout and turnover uniquely informs her approach and collaborative decision making.
