With a strong foundation in finance and a keen analytical mindset, Jacob brings a thoughtful, numbers-driven approach to commercial real estate. A graduate of Florida Southern College’s School of Business, Jacob earned his degree in Finance in 2025, equipping him with a solid understanding of business financials, valuation, and investment strategies—skills he leverages to help clients make informed, confident decisions.

Born in Atlanta and raised in Florida, Jacob has called Sarasota home since 2008. His background includes experience in sales, forecasting, and market research, as well as hands-on work with his family’s manufacturing business. Detail-oriented and client-focused, Jacob thrives on building meaningful relationships and helping clients navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

An advocate for community causes, Jacob has previously supported organizations including the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, the Conservation Foundation, and SCAD Research. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, nature photography, and following the equities markets. Whether cruising Sarasota Bay or capturing wildlife through his camera lens, Jacob values the balance of precision and creativity—an outlook he brings to every real estate opportunity.
