Laura Green was highly recommended to me by my colleague. I am relocating to the Atlanta Market from out of state. I found Laura to be professional, super responsive and attentive. I told her what I was looking for and she delivered!! I made an offer on the second day of house hunting. Her expertise in negotiating was impressive. She was there every step of the way with negotiations, fielding my questions, dealing with the inspectors, contractors, estimates for repairs, guiding me on next steps once offer was accepted. She was in constant contact with me through the closing process. Even after the deal was closed, Laura was contacting me on her vacation on punch list items I needed to take care of. Laura knew I was under time constraint and got to work fast wasting no time. I am thrilled with the end result for me and my family. I didn't just find an amazing, articulate, competent realtor, I found my first friend in a new city.
