Ryndie was a true professional, very sensitive to this transaction as it was moving my mom from her home into assisted living. We’re snowbirds who just made the decision a few months ago to buy a seasonal home in Sarasota. We had met Michael James last year when we wandered into his open house while out for a walk in Arlington Park and kept his card because we were impressed with how easy he was to talk to and how well he knew the neighborhoods close to downtown Sarasota. Michael got back to us right away after we reached out this past January. We felt he really listened and understood exactly what we were looking for right from the start. He gave us terrific advice that helped us focus quickly and clearly on the neighborhoods we were most interested in and the specific houses/price/location that met our needs. We also appreciated how quickly and clearly he communicated (both by email and text), and Michael arranged to show us two houses of interest right away. He then helped us submit an offer on one the very next day and was invaluable in helping us negotiate a final price with the seller. He then referred us to a great real estate attorney and detail-oriented home inspector, kept us informed about every step along the way, and made the entire process less stressful -- and we were able to close on the house just a month after viewing it for the first time. He handled every aspect of our house selection, negotiation, and transaction promptly and professionally, with our best interests in mind. On top of all this he was congenial and a pleasure to spend time with, and we recommend him most highly to anyone looking to buy a home in the Sarasota area!

It's been a pleasure working with Kim on this home sale. We required a lot of hand holding and assistance to get the property ready and Kim was hugely helpful in coordinating everything. The home sold quickly in a difficult market, and I would highly recommend Kim to any potential buyers or sellers.
