Nathan was great to work with! We had an interesting situation where are currently got unexpectedly terminated, so we had a very short timeline and Nathan was able to find us something within 48 hours! All of the communication with him was amazing and the communication he had with our now landlord was so helpful. Could not recommend Nathan enough!

Cotton is wonderful! met him when looking at condos three years ago, as he was representing a seller, and when it came time to sell our condo, everyone at our place said that Cotton was the one to use. He is extremely knowledgable, and knows the Buckhead market and our particular condo complex thoroughly. I've never had a realtor be so involved and supportive, and it definitely helped that he has such knowledge not only of real estate but also our particular situation. He also has a great sense of humor. I would strongly recommend Cotton for buying or selling.
