Sanders has managed a wide range of commercial property types, including office, medical, retail, and industrial. Most recently, she oversaw a portfolio of 13 Class A industrial buildings totaling more than one million square feet in Denver, Colorado. Her background includes key roles at Sagard Real Estate, CBRE, and Cushman & Wakefield, where she led building operations, vendor management, budgeting, and capital project coordination. In her new role, Sanders will be responsible for the management and performance of commercial assets within the Michael Saunders & Company portfolio. Her strong operational acumen, combined with proficiency in industry platforms such as Yardi, MRI, and Angus, will support the firm’s continued focus on excellence in client service and property performance.
