I liked her, she's quick, ready to help you. If I purchase in Boca Grande, I would feel comfortable with her. She is one of the better agents I have worked with.

After seeing a house Rise posted on FB, I called her immediately with interest. She brought me to see the house, which we loved (exactly as pictured....no hidden agendas), brought our offer to seller, and within a few days, offer accepted! We closed on it UNDER 30 days! It all went off without a hitch....couldn't have asked for more!!! ps-this was an investment house and she also recommended a tenant to us, whom we adored and leased it out to them within a weeks time!! Will definitely use her again!

My name is Danny Rowe. My wife Sheri and I recently listed our home with Marybeth (and sold it quickly). I am not a church going Bible Thumper....but, I do believe in God, and I am sure He was watching out for us when He had us cross paths with Marybeth. My wife and I are preparing to retire soon and wanted to scale down and prepare for leaner times. Thanks to Marybeth and the good folks at Michael Saunders this goal has been attained. I have never dealt with a real estate firm that treats small potatoes like me as if I were selling Trump's Estate before. Marybeth got the ball rolling quickly. Before I knew it we had photographers...internet ads...printed flyers....and signs everywhere. Would I use Marybeth again? Well.....yes I would. Marybeth still contacts us periodically to see how we are doing. That is how special she is to us.
