We had been coming to Sarasota for a number of years, always staying with friends. We love the beaches, Beer Can Iland at the North end of Lonboat key was our favarite beach. We lived in Vermont and Sarasota was a better way to spend the winter. In spring of 2011 we rented for the first time from friends for 4 weeks. At the verry end of our stay we wanted to rent a nice place for the next year but found that this is not affordable. So we found Christy who showed us around for an entire day, but nothing realy fit. We were ready to quit but Christy wanted to show us one more place, we absolutely had to see it, Bays Bluff Condo right on the bay side on 14th st. and Tamiani. We walked into the fourth floor apartment and said it is sold. The price was right, we made an offer a shade down, got a positive reply. On all her other showings we commented and told her what did'nt fit. She kept this in her mind and left the solution to the end. A real smart realtor. Living out of state and not knowing very much about the Venice Real Estate market, we needed someone who was knowledgeable of the current R/E market and how it's trending. Besides being honest, and very hardworking, Robin is extremely knowledgable. She is very prompt responding to our questions. She is just a pleasure to have as our R/E agent.

The Millbank team was awesome in a time when sales were slow in our area! They couldn't have done enough to help us- from painting to arranging for repairs to be done reasonably and quickly, holding weekly open houses and doing gardening!!! As non residents of Florida, we would highly recommend Toma and Rebecca - they handled all details while we were not in the country and kept us in the loop. They didn't just list our property, they worked tirelessly to sell it!!!

Sandy Limberger is an extremely patient and pleasant realtor who will work very diligently to accomplish one's goals in property procurement. Sandy worked with us on a short sale back in 2009 that took 13 months. We were amazed that she never gave up on this very complicated situation. Autumn was a true professional in helping us list and sell our home. We had a very unique piece of property that sits on Mill Creek. It was difficult to determine a price due to the lack of comparisons for a piece so unique. She was extremely helpful, and assisted us with just about every part of the sale...even helping us sell items in the house that needed to be sold. She made some great recommendations and worked with each interested buyer to give them exactly what they needed. Once we had the right price we had multiple offers and sold our home to a great buyer. It was an emotional move to sell this home and she could not have made the transition any easier.
