Cathy was absolutely wonderful! My mother passed away and Cathy helped me sell her house. I live out of state, and she took care of organizing contractors, trash removal and every other detail of the sale. The house sold in one day and she gave me great advice about the negotiations. It was a pleasure to work with her!
