It is hard to believe that tomorrow Thanksgiving day Leslie and I will be in North Carolina for two weeks ⛰️ and without Ana’s help our dream would not have come true! They managed the showings coordinated with the dolphins visits just off the balcony which produced an offer just days of listing.

As a first time home buyer I wasn’t sure what to expect when starting this whole process. Marcy is a professional realtor and exactly the person we needed to sell our condo. Not sure if anyone is paying attention but, this is one tough market. The property was a second home for us and we are a thousand miles away however, she covered for our absence by keeping a watchful eye through storms, power outages and needed maintenance. Our condo was not a high dollar sale but, you wouldn’t have known it judging by the manner in which Marcy worked. We felt like she gave it everything and treated us as if it were a million dollar deal. Brenda Ritchie's professionalism and knowledge of the Atlanta condo market was impressive and her service was exceptional. She established a timeline for preparing our rental condo for sale and helped us secure services for painting, minor repairs and cleaning. Brenda was also an effective communicator via text, email or telephone call as the situation warranted. She provided to us printed copies of all executed documents.
