We moved to Sarasota about 2.5 years ago. Our first 18 months we rented to "get the lay of the land". Once we determined where we wanted to purchase, my wife and I hit a few open houses. At one of these open houses we met Larry Cushing. Right away my wife and I felt very comfortable with him. He was very friendly, outgoing, but most importantly to us, not "pushy". He let us dictate the pace of our search which was a welcome relief from agents in our past. We would highly recommend Larry. He knows the area and will work for you!

Oh Ellen! If only we had met 11 years ago. I am a senior citizen who has frequented Boca Grande for the last 4 decades. We usually vacation there twice a year with a ten day vaca during Thanksgiving week. My husband and I thought maybe a purchase close by to the area with his retirement upcoming might be just the thing for us. Ellen is a professional who is not pushy, helped me to see things logically and answered the weirdest of questions that I had. I highly recommend her to introduce you to the grand lifestyle of the barrier islands.

My wife and I had visited Florida for a few years thinking of retiring. We met Bruce at an open house. He picked us up the next day and showed us around Sarasota - we were SOLD on the area and can't wait to come back to shop for a retirement home. Will certainly contact Bruce.
