We could not have asked for more thorough service from Ken & Sue from the time we decided to list our home through the sale and beyond. They are knowledgable of the market in helping price the home, the marketing they provided to promote and ultimately sell the home was professional and very well done. I give Scott my highest recommendations as a realtor. He is a hard-working, supportive realtor who pays attention to detail. As a first time home buyer, he walked me through every part of the process of buying a home. At no point did I feel any pressure from him to buy any of the properties we viewed; rather, it was evident that he was looking out for my best interest in the property I was to buy. When it came time to put in an offer on the home I was to buy, Scott also displayed shrewdness. In a multiple offer situation, Scott worded my offer in such a way that made it more attractive to the seller than other offers. This resulted in getting the property that four others had bid on! I was thoroughly impressed with Scott throughout the entire process of buying a home and I can recommend him as a realtor without any hesitation.
