Jim Litton is the most dedicated, follow-up and follow-through realtor I have ever experienced. Jim was with another "lookie-loo" when I walked into the model home. So, it was the "luck of the draw" that another representative "got" me. In the almost three years now since I signed the contract, it has been Jim Litton who has graciously answered my questions, looked up information, checked into this-n-that... everything I have needed. "My" realtor is long gone... but Jim continues to be at my service.
