I came from out of state to purchase property as part of a 1031 exchange. I have purchased homes in the past but I have never been involved with this type of purchase. Tina was at once personable and professional. Very reassuring and pleasant to have her as our agent. She was highly knowledgeable regarding the properties on Longboat Key, and she was able to get us an excellent price for our condo. We would definitely call Tina if we were purchasing or selling again on Longboat!

Kathy has been instrumental in locating us properties over the years when we lived in Madrid, Spain. She has been always looking out for our best interests & minimizing our exposure as out of the country clients. She has also assisted us with purchasing land & selling property. Kathy has also been very creative & skillful with negotiating our offer to be accepted on our last big purchase their in Tucson , even though the listing agent already had other offers on the table she took Kathy's contract over others because of Kathy's relationship to the listing agent & her reputation . Kathy works very hard to locate the best properties , negotiate the best terms for her clients & always makes sure you are not exposed to risk , she even had an attorney review & advise us overseas with our last offer that we closed with her.
