We met many agents through our open house tours on Sundays, but when we met Larry we knew he was the one we wanted to work with. He is extremely familiar with the Cascades which is where we eventually ended up buying our home. This was our third real estate transaction and by far the easiest and smoothest due to Larry's helpfulness and experience. He went above and beyond on many occasions and gave us great referrals and advice. Even though our closing is complete, we feel that we have made a friend that we can turn to at anytime.

Nancy and I are presently in search of a Venice or Englewood, Florida, property in the aftermath of our respective retirements. Visiting these areas with our family for other purposes (Disney World recreation); we made contact with Ms. Tammy Kitt in an attempt to combine business with pleasure. Despite being given very short notice by the undersigned, Ms. Kitt none-the-less successfully led us on a very detailed and expansive inspection of relevant and enticing options. Due to the brevity of our stay, our property search could not be brought to satisfactory conclusion (but almost did, thanks to Ms. Kitt, and despite the transiency of our one (1) day together). After our departure from Florida this past weekend, we find Ms. Kitt continuing to provide us with other related information which we requested from her and which will further facilitate an advancement toward our stated goal. My wife and I plan to return to Venice, Florida, for an extended stay during the Winter of 2017. When I first considered the possibility of purchasing a home in Sarasota, the realtor name of Michael Saunders was presented to me as the place to go. It was!! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with little stress. My realtor, Kandy Donnelly, once said that purchasing property was a process and took time. She was so right. It took nine months for me to select the perfect place in which to retire and then to wrap up all the paper work. I cannot thank Kandy enough for her patience, and her knowledge of the Sarasota area, when it came to finding me the right place to eventually retire to and call home.
