I've known Tom for 25 years! In fact, Tom was my baseball coach growing up. My wife and I were looking for an investment property that we could also use as a vacation home so Tom found us an amazing condo at the Longboat Key Club. Tom did a lot of work for us since we live in Texas and couldn't get to the condo and treated me like I was his son. He not only got us a great condo/investment property but he got us a great deal. I'm looking forward to visiting Sarasota more often and spending some time with Tom and his wonderful family.

Robin was great to reply to my email requesting info on a listing I saw online. She appears to want to be helpful in a possible search for a "second home." I have only talked with her once but she seems to be professional and eager to please.

This man Christopher is truly an amazing realtor. He is very honest with his opinion and just isn't trying to sell you a house. He is also very knowledgeable about homes and knows the ins and outs. Couldn't be more happier with him as my realtor. I will recommend him to anyone who wants a great honest and knowledgeable realtor.

Kevin is the realtor that everyone wants to have. We have known him for around 10 years and have bought/sold 2 houses with him. He is knowledgeable, responsive, wise, easy to talk to, honest, and an all-around quality person. If you are looking to buy/sell a place on Palm Island, FL, there is none better. Kevin knows everything about the island and has his finger on the pulse with regard to prices and opportunities. We also came away loving this man, who will be a friend for life.
