Selling my house was a very long process in the beginning. I had not sold a house before and did not know what to expect. I interviewed 5 agents and selected the one I thought could sell my house. The art of selling a higher-end home is getting the list price correct in your local market. Well that did not work out with the first agent. We parted ways after we got no offers. Then I was recommend to Janis Collier and the Collier Group… that was the best move I could have made to sell my house. We spent a lot of time together trying to figure out how we could sell my house. Janis priced the house correctly and then things started to happen! She did a great job keeping me informed and if there was something that was not right about an offer, Janis always pointed out the pros and cons right away. Janis also was very polite and friendly which always put me at ease. Janis and her group, including her husband Ron and Mary, did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell a higher-end home. Thank-you Janis and your team… you did a great job! We had the good fortune of having friends recommend Jennifer Taberski to us when we needed a realtor to help us find a home to retire to in Florida. This was to be a daunting task, as we live in upstate New York! But, we called Jennifer and that was the best call we ever made! From the beginning to the closing, she made our experience so positive. She has an unbelievable work ethic that shows in her respect for her clients and her knowledge about the market. She was never more than a phone call or text away, and advised us every step along that way, relieving us of our concerns. And, we loved hearing her say " no worries" when we hit bumps . She knows who to call and when to do it, and the folks she recommended to us proved to truly be the A team. She is very professional, but we found her to have an equally wonderful sense of humor! We would not hesitate to recommend Jennifer Taberski to anyone looking for a Florida home; she will not disappoint you!

Jon helped us find our perfect house and then had our old house sold quickly. He showed us many houses and never made us feel pressured. He is very responsive and knowledgable. I would highly recommend him!
