I would rate Magda Whelton's service as a "6" on a scale of 5. She truly exceeded my expectations. Magda was selling the home of my 92 yr old mother who has been living alone. Magda called mom about an hour or so before to remind mom about showings AND she made a point of stopping in 15-20 minutes before the showing to make sure all was as it should be. Mom has some visual problems and sometimes didn't see spots on the floor, kitchen counter or elsewhere. Magda cleaned them up. When we had an accepted offer, Magda showed the value of experience, patience and psychology when negotiating the particulars w the seller. As we approached the closing, she reminded us of the utility and service contract cancellations that needed to be addressed. I would recommend Magda Whelton as a realtor to my best friend and would certainly use her myself. Christine S

We are currently working with Sandy Limberger. We've had one very productive "outing" with her and we will have more. We flew in from Ohio to begin a search for a vacation property - a second home. Even only having worked with us electronically at first, she dialed right in on what we were looking for and through many good viewings (and a wide range of options), she has really helped us refine what we are seeking. She works very quickly, attentively and efficiently. She's very knowledgeable about our interested area. We chose Magda as the Real Estate agent to handle to sale of our elderly mother's house when it was time for her to move into a more manageable space. Magda was the consummate professional, and went above and beyond to make the whole process as painless as possible for our mother. She explained every step, handled the details, and our mom and all of us had every reason to believe that Magda had mom's best interest at heart. Thank you so much for all you did. Jody was better then EXCELLENT to work with. Relocating from Pittsburgh to Sarasota was made easy with Jody's expert advice and guidance in the real-estate market. She was professional, attentive, patient, always available to answer our unending questions and show us homes in multiple areas . Our move and experience during our home search was a success because of Jody and her assistance. We recently had two homes to sell in Sarasota, Florida and were living out of state at the time. We contacted Jane Ebury and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Not only did both properties sell much quicker than we had anticipated she negotiated better prices than we thought we would get! Being out of town sellers brings several challenges in getting properties ready to list. Jane went up and beyond the call of duty in helping us arrange and manage workers of all kinds to get both properties ready to list. She was always available to us when we needed her and we had absolute trust that what needed to be done was accomplished with the upmost attention to detail. We met with Julie in early 2016 and she showed us numerous condominiums on Longboat Key. With her help, we purchased a unit in the summer of 2016. It was a pleasure working with Julie. I have known Rise Wells for quite some time. She recently helped my wife and I sell our home in Punta Gorda and she did a wonderful job. We live in another state so it was difficult for us to do what we needed to do to get our home ready to "show". My experience the last 5 months with Linda Driggs was truly a wonderful experience. She truly wonderful working with. She helps with the sale of my home and finding the house I truly love, she is a wonderful friend and little things she has done to go out of her way to move in my house. I truly want to thank her. She is truly a 5 star sales person.

I don't know what I do with her help getting through the sale of my penthouse and finding a home I truly like. And extra little things to help me move into my house .
