Kim is one of a kind. I texted Kim after suspecting i just might have found our dream home at 6:45 am on a Saturday morning. She responded promptly and went out of her way to show us the property on short notice. She was straight forward with us and showed uncharacteristic honesty and integrity when I asked hard questions. If there were 10 stars id give them all to her. Great job!

Jill Thomas showed us some properties in Sarasota when we visited last spring and, subsequently, helped us find a condo in Bradenton. Jill was professional in helping Kathy and I navigate the Florida real estate process, walking us through each step. She knows her stuff! Jill went above and beyond with details like sending us a video once we targeted a property, cutting keys once the purchase was made, helping us find a painter and a property management company. I could go on….
