I am moving to Florida from my home state of TN. I am sure the readers of this will not understand what a glowing review this is, or maybe want believe it. I was a Realtor/Broker for over 20 years in TN and have dealt with a vast variety of real estate (so called) professionals. I also am a very critical preson (difficult to please). I feel certain I would still be in the real estate business if I had only a few agents like Tom Cinquegrano or even competitors like him. Real estate is a tough business. You must deal with multiple personality types. Everyone thinks all you do is put a property in MLS, wait for offers and rake in the money. Not so. Tom is a pleasure to work with, was patient, extremely knowledgable of the area, understood property values, listened to both myself and my wife of our wants and needs and assisted us throughout the closing porcess. Though we live in TN, we have a condo in the Bradenton area and Tom will be the only agent we consider in listing it. I will and have recommended Tom to others for their real estate needs. If you are smart you will call him also Thanks Tom for a job well done. I feel I have a new friend I can call on if needed. Don't forget me in baseball pre-season next year ;-)

Jennifer has helped us buy two houses and sell one in Burnt Store Marina. She also found perfect houses for two of our friends whom we referred to her. She is extremely professional and knows the market cold. Her advice to both buyers and sellers is honest and valuable. Joanna was wonderful to work with. She immediately understood what we needed and what kind of place would work for us. We never felt that we wasted time looking at undesirable choices. Tammy, we first met Tammy at a open house in the Mission Lakes condos. She helped us find our place at San Silvestro Dr. in Venice. She showed us many places and was a real Professional. After we bought our place we have missed not seeing her, because we kind of adopted her as our daughter? If anyone were looking for a place in this area, Tammy should be your first call, because, we think she is awesome!!!! The Michael Saunders Company is blessed with such a true professional of her caliber to be working for them!
