Cynthia was very professional and knowledgable about the area and the requirements for our purchase. We weren't shown properties that were out of the range we had specified. Cynthia responded quickly with answers to our questions and didn't forget the importance of due diligence. The big plus was the understanding of negotiating the best price for the purchase.

Michelle deserves ten stars. Her knowledge of selling a home and the ability to explain the procedures during the process are the best. Any questions we have encountered during the selling of our home have been answered the same day. Her love of selling real estate is a pleasant bonus, as well as her genuine concern for us as clients. We would recommend her as an agent to any of our family or friends.

We would like to extend our highest compliments to Monica Verinder for her hard work and continued assistance on our behalf during our recent relocation to Sarasota from the Chicagoland area. Not only do we love our new home, we are thrilled with our decision to move to Sarasota. Monica has made our family’s major transition to the area so much easier than it would have been with a lessor realtor. From the initial conversation over the phone, to our marathon house hunting days, and continuing through our post-closing move and new life, Monica has always been available and her advice invaluable. Her communication skills are excellent, which we believe is the most important attribute of any realtor. Her work ethic is even more impressive, reflected by the many late night emails, texts, and phone conversations exchanged between us. Monica went the extra mile to view and video properties for us, and based on Monica’s excellent cinematography and commentary, we ultimately put an offer on our house without ever having stepped foot in it! Monica negotiated effectively, ensured a smooth closing, and continued to attend to the house in the month following closing prior to our move-in. Monica performs her job with a purpose, and truly enjoys her work and working with people. She is friendly, confident, and a straight shooter. She is also extremely generous, and has continued to assist us since we have moved in by sharing her trusted contacts and companies who have helped make this house our home. We have had some marginal experiences with realtors in our past real estate transactions, so our experience with Monica was such a breathe of fresh air. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Sarasota area. And although we hope to never move again (since we love our house!), we would certainly love to work with Monica in the future.

We bought our home back in 2014. Tony was great in selecting homes that we would be interested in. It was always a great day when we went looking. He knows Sarasota in and out. If I suggested an area, he would check to see it anything was available. Overall, he is a great guy and a great agent.

As a Berkshire Hathaway realtor associate we do not always have the best cooperation with other realtors. Working with Marcia was so easy and she always would go out of her way to make our clients happy and glad they chose us for their real estate needs. Very professional and detail oriented. Hope to do more real estate transactions with her. (licensed since 1987).
