I’ve been fortunate to call Krista Potthast Haynes a friend for many years. She’s the most enthusiastic person I know and it is a pleasure to be in her company. I would say her success is due to her never ending desire to learn, hard work, and integrity. Krista loves all things Florida, and in particular, the special place that is the southwest coast of Florida.

We have been working with Shawna for a while now and she has made us feel like a family member by her attentiveness to every request we make. Once we finalize our home sale in SC she will be the one to sell us our new home in Florida. My wife and I are planning for our retirement which included plans to relocate. We met with Krista who is the most honest and caring real estate professional we have ever met. She is very knowledgeable in her field and was extremely patient with us. Krista discussed a term that was new to us called “Visitability” which basically meant looking at a home that would meet our needs not only today but in the years to follow as we grow older. We’re looking forward to working with Krista in the future.

Krista is a true real estate professional! From the moment my husband and I met her, Krista always had a smile on her face. We had several properties we wanted to see and she was as excited to go see the properties as we were! Krista isn't pushy. She gives you room to roam, to talk, to look in silence. If we had questions, Krista would makes notes, answer what she could but if she didn't have an answer for you, she would get back to you with one within 24 hours. Krista made us feel comfortable through the entire transaction. We knew we were in good hands with Krista at the helm! I'm a real estate broker in Vermont and I'd be glad to have Krista on our team!

Within a 2 month period, Christine masterfully helped us prepare and sell our condominium - and then secure the purchase of a single family residence. She is a professional's professional.
