We contacted Michael Saunders & Company one weekend night through their website, about a home. The next day, Mitch Mesenburg contacted us offering to help us. We explained we were interested in possibly purchasing a winter home in Florida. He sent us some listing to view while still in Indiana. Shortly after we arrived in Florida, we met Mitch to see some homes. We decided a condo made more sense for us, so Mitch took our information on what we wanted. The next day he showed us condos. We made an offer on one of them. We accepted the sellers counter offer. Mitch did an excellent job in finding us a home, and deserves 5 stars.

I believe you will not find a finer real estate professional than June. In years past I have transferred to several place during my business career and as a result have worked with many real estate people, good and bad. Considering the nine home I have purchased and sold and the real estate people I have worked with I can truthfully say none of them were better than June. June has a great knowledge of her profession, the Sarasota and surrounding areas, all the various support functions such as insurance, closing and title companies, utilities companies, management companies, etc., and she knows how they all interface. She is extremely patient, more interested in seeing that she finds the right property for her clients rather than just closing the sale and pocketing the commission. I hate it when after one day of looking at properties the real estate person says, “ now tell what you liked about property A or what you did not like about property B, or which of the properties we saw you liked best etc. etc.”. I never once heard comments like that from June. Because she instinctively knew what my wife and I liked about a property or did not like. Her follow up is unbelievable and her communication skills are outstanding. She follows through on what she says she will do, she is right there on top of every step in the selling process making sure nothing is left to chance, and she knows how to handle the unexpected. June is a real estate professional and there are many in the real estate business who are not. June will not disappoint.

Stuart is Top Notch! In the beginning of the relationship Stuart promised to be professional, hard working, personable, and at our side through the entire selling process. I was skeptical that he could fulfill all those promises but decided to list with him anyway. Not one moment after making that decision did I feel as though I made a mistake. Stuart is one of those rare individuals that sets the bar for himself very high and then does exactly what he says will do. He is honest, hard working and loyal. Through no fault of his, our listing took a bit of time to sell. Stuart never slowed down and never gave up. He kept pushing through open houses and providing regular feedback from showings to allow us to continue getting the house ready for that one buyer. As Stuart says, "It only takes one guys!" That buyer came along and Stuart worked with us through the entire process. He gave sound advice and ensured that our best interests were maintained. I have two more properties and will be calling on Stuart when it is time to sell!
