My experience with Kristina Skepton came on the heels of having my property listed first with [another agent] who had "sold" a nearby unit quickly and for a good price. I should have selected Kristina, but I have the perspective of having worked, recently, with other agents and so I must say that Kristina began with a very positive attitude and never wavered in her enthusiasm for the unit. She offered several simple suggestions which made all the difference. Her staging of the unit was flawless and creative. She paid attention to all the details that surround the sale of the unit..holding Open Houses, reporting back on the responses and giving me guidance about pricing, exposure, comparable units. All in all, I am very happy to have had her as my agent. Close to the conclusion of the period the unit was on the market, she gave me sound advice about pricing and we had a contract in hand within hours. Since time was important, this made all the difference. As closing approached, Kristina showed patience and good judgment, and was able to whittle the number of last minute details into manageable ones. Janet surpassed our expectations as a realtor in every possible way. She was always professional and brought her extensive knowledge of Longboat Key with her, while at the same time was sensitive to the fact that the decision to sell our home was a very emotional and difficult one for us. Janet never pressured or hurried us to do anything we weren't comfortable with during any part of the sales process.
