I am so happy to have this opportunity to let someone know how much we appreciated Shelley as our realtor. She went over and above, she was very helpful in finding properties, taking us to the properties, and then letting us explore the surrounding area, such as the beach and the restaurants that were near the properties that we were looking at. She is extraordinarily kind and thoughtful, always thinking of others, even to the extent of letting cars go ahead of her when she stopped at a four-way stop. Little things like that show her true character. She was very helpful in any decisions that we needed to make. And even after closing, she continues to be helpful and insightful with the impending storms that were coming. Not only do I consider her my realtor, I consider her my southern friend. Could not have asked for anyone better!

Brenda goes five steps beyond and gives her 110% Her advertising know how is outmatched She visited my property any time i needed anything She cleaned the stove top herself as well as an air vent that the cleaning company missed—who does that? She kept me fully aware of all happenings She is friendly and knowledgeable about condos She gave good advice all along the way She was my rock thru the process

Alicia did a remarkable job entirely long distance - between Toronto and Sarasota - of emptying our condo, commissioning vendors to paint and repair, and preparing the condo for sale - including making an inviting video with virtual furnishings. In record time she got our condo on the market during high season and secured a sale. She is a skilled communicator and team player, always polite and decisive as required.
