Working with Dana and her partner Donald Geikie on the sale of our home has been a pleasure. They carefully explained the process and their approach and have kept us fully informed at each step in the process. They have different personalities but blend together seamlessly. In spite of being straight, Dana proved to be fussier and have the better eye. We took every one of her staging suggestions and we've done more housecleaning in the past two months than in the past ten years. We wouldn't have wanted to disappoint Madam and risk her ire. Dana's orchid has been a lovely addition to our home. Their choice of photographer, Eric Hilton, was excellent and the virtual tour reminded us of why we love the house. It is flooded with light. The house went onto MLS on December 12 and on December 20 we had a full price cash offer with the delayed closing we had requested, with only an inspection contingency. There were two other highly interested buyers in the wings. Their guidance on the contract was invaluable. And now they are actively monitoring the critical dates to assure that the deposits are received, contingency cleared, and the closing is scheduled. I would gladly recommend them both.

I've worked with Tony for about 3 years now. His knowledge of the Sarasota area is endless. More importantly, in my particular case, he has been patient to the point of sainthood. I am 50+ single woman suffering from Lupus who always seems to find herself in something unexpected which then affects her plans to relocate to Sarasota. Tony and I have been to the point of signed contracts, inspections done, buying some of the furniture of the previous owner, etc. when....oops it happened again. I have had to walk away from the property. Tony remains my professional realtor always willing to advise me again whenever I am ready. Integrity, Honesty, and Knowledge. What more could you ask for in a realtor?

Tony is always a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable in every area of his profession. What you don't see in all agents is something he possesses to the highest level, he genuinely cares about each of his clients and meeting their needs. It is not about making the sale it is about providing them with what they are looking for and then seeing the process through to the end. Selling or purchasing a property can be stressful, Tony knows this and is an advocate for his clients.

My wife and I were very fortunate to work with Lin Dunn and Maurice Menager who ably assisted us in our successful search to find a home in Sarasota. Maurice is highly knowledgeable about the local market and each particular neighborhood in which we visited properties, which included Longboat Key, Siesta Key, the Landings, Pelican Cove and Palmer Ranch. He often assisted Lin Dunn as we continued our search for a house in Sarasota. He was particularly helpful in pointing out features of individual homes that we visited, taking care to make sure that we did not overlook some of the less obvious aspects of particular properties that we might not have noticed otherwise or given adequate consideration. His fluency in French was an advantage because my wife is a native French speaker herself. We always enjoyed working with Maurice and Lin.

He is affable, highly personable and very effective, and we always enjoyed working with him. He was particularly good in following up on each request that we had. We can't express our thanks enough for all that Anna did for us from the sale of our home in 3 weeks time, to finding us another home to buy in a short time.
