I don't believe there is enough space in this comment section to convey how pleased we are with the honesty, hard work and professionalism of Sue and Ken Parr of Michael Saunders & Company-Burnt Store. At the first meeting in our home, they presented us with charts and pictures of local "asking" comparisons, along with the actual "sold" prices of similar homes. At the end of the presentation they explained why it was important to list our house realistically. When it was time to take pictures for listing our home, they hired a professional photographer. He also took aerial photo's to show the footprint of the property. Throughout the entire process, Sue was constantly updating us. We never had to wonder "what's going to happen next". She always answered our phone calls immediately. Sue always made sure that we had plenty of notice when a showing was requested. Sue and Ken always made us feel that we were important to them. Over the years we have bought and sold our share of homes. This has been by far our best experience selling our home. From the beginning, Lisa kept me updated by email of everything that was available for my price range. Then after I arrived in Florida she showed me the homes I wanted to see inside and out. The one I chose is a well-built home in a VERY good location, thanks to her knowledge of the area. The most amazing part of Lisa's service was her attention to even the smallest detail from closing papers - to getting keys - inspections - service providers. She even helped find a local doctor. I HIGHLY recommend Lisa for all your real estate needs.

As a non-local, it was difficult for me to find a Realtor that I could trust and who would understand my purchasing and investment objectives. When I met Lisa I was much at ease, I felt very comfortable working with her and placed my trust in her. Lisa was always willing to assist and show me the best available properties in the market that met my criteria, always guiding me and sharing information so I could make my own best purchasing decision. She is patient and easy going, never pressuring and always available to communicate. Lisa was a huge part of the reason I was able to get the home I now own. Lisa has a rare mix of outstanding people skills, attention to detail, and professionalism that is found in only a few special people. She is aggressive and effective without being pushy. Recently I retired and was relocating. After listening to her presentation and a review of her track record, it was a no brainer to list my home with her. She was able to sell our home quickly and profitably in a tight market. I would highly recommend her either as a listing or buyers agent.

Maruta handled the transaction with care and consideration from the moment she accepted our listing. We were given updates every week and we were more than comfortable calling with questions or concerns as she always had time for us, or would respond within an hour or so. Given that we live in Canada, we truly put our condo in Maruta’s hands and walked away with confidence that all would be taken care of and indeed it was.
