Jim, Sue and I are sorry to see you go. While we did not work the whole process with you at Grad Oaks, we had times when Lori was not around that we had to call on you for advice and you were fantastic. We recently purchased a townhome at IMG and Adam did a superb job. He was thorough, professional, very responsive and has unparalleled experience in this market. Without Adam, we would not have even known this property was coming up on the market and would never have been able to move so fast. Not being from the area, we found his expertise to be invaluable and his insights translated into real savings for us. Overall, Adam provided excellent service and provided real value. I would not consider using anyone else and I highly recommend him.

Most enjoyed working with Christy Neff and will refer her to people I know in the area without any hesitation due to her immediate familiarity and broad knowledge of the cultural aspects of the area that impact values, and of real estate market of Sarasota generally.

Alex Ley sold my condominium and helped me purchase my new home. He was extremely helpful in helping not only showcase my home but assisting me with finding the right contractors and accompanied me picking out flooring and paint. He tried extremely hard to find me the RIGHT place to call home and succeeded, also he is an excellent interior designer with a lot of helpful ideas. He is a savvy negotiator and a true professional. I highly recommend him if you are trying to sell or buy a home he is the right choice.

Kim Eskew is the consummate professional and comes highly recommended by us with absolutely no hesitation. Kim spent over a year and several trips to Sarasota from upstate NY to find us exactly what we wanted.....even though we had no idea what that was until we found it. Kim's patience was over the top and, more importantly, when my type "A" personality would get frustrated she knew just what to say to re-energize us and keep us in the game. Thanks Kim!!
