Candid, knowledgeable, relate-able, persistent, clever, thorough, well spoken, and, nice. These adjectives all describe the person, the Realtor, and the professional that I spent two days with in her car and care. Not willing to admit that she couldn't come up with the perfect house for us, she displayed her intense local knowledge and her interpretation of our wish list as she showed house after house, all the time accumulating bits of information that narrowed the search parameters leading towards "our" house. Her impressive process caused me to extend my stay as we closed in on "the" house. Needless to say, we found it. Once identified, Reatha walked us through the offer counter-offer process leading to the acceptance of our offer. We were pleased. She was pleased. The sellers seemed pleased. A perfect circle. We have since closed on the sale and Reatha has been right there for us. Handling issues, answering questions, advising on local solutions. Her knowledge of contractors, tradesmen and shopkeepers is impressive. If I seem to be overly complimentary, it's because she deserves it. I highly, highly recommend her.

My husband and I were very fortunate to work with Marlene as our transaction agent. We recently concluded our home sale in Lakewood Ranch Country Club with your agent Christine Mazur. This is the third time we have worked with Christine to purchase or sell a home. When looking for a condo in Burnt Store Marina, Jennifer took her time to understand our needs, and took us to several units that met our needs without wasting time with unsuitable showings. After several days, we found a unit that was "for sale by owner." Recognizing that this was the right decision for us, Jennifer encouraged us to buy it although it would result in no commission. Very professional! Years later, when we started looking for a replacement condo, Jennifer once again spearheaded the process, finding several that met our needs. She found a buyer for our then-present unit within one day and was the driving force in getting our condo under contract in spite of many second choices around SW Florida. With a sales contract in hand, Jennifer set out to get us a nice deal on the unit we wanted to buy. In spite of a difficult closing process, she herded the buyer, seller and selling broker through to a desired conclusion.

As my family settles into our new home, I am so grateful for the stellar service we received from Nicole Ryskamp. Nicole's real estate expertise, law background, and knowledge of the local area combined with her perseverance and kind spirit create a realtor that is simply unmatched. We had a very tight time schedule coupled with a finite budget and preferred area for our new home, but even with those barriers, Nicole found us the perfect house in our desired location at a fantastic price. Knowing our situation, Nicole worked behind the scenes and was able to find a house before it went on the market that checked all our real estate "boxes" and we were able to put an offer on it quickly. Nicole's negotiations were excellent and we feel we got an amazing price for our house. Even though we were frequently out of town through the negotiations and house-buying proceedings, Nicole had no issue communicating with us and walking us through the entire process. Once the price was settled, Nicole kept working for us diligently. She provided the names of providers for the inspections, surveys, and closing. This simple gesture saved our busy family time, and more importantly we knew that the service providers came highly recommended. She even was able to negotiate a closing date for us around a pre-planned vacation. This attention to detail helped make the house buying process smooth and streamlined for us! Nicole was available to us from our decision to buy a home in the tight market of Lakewood Ranch through the closing and beyond. We met Team Meyers when we first started looking at houses on our own early in our house hunt. Theresa and David were representing the seller. While we weren't interested in that house, we were interested in the Meyers real estate team so we asked them to be our buyer's agent . We were impressed Theresa and David's professionalism and knowledge of the market.
