We met Larisa in Sarasota looking to purchase a retirement home. Our goal was to purchase a home at todays lower prices, and rent the home out until we are ready to retire in 2-4 years. With only 5 days to make our decision we were anxious to make a purchase ASAP however we had no idea of the Sarasota market or the surrounding area. Larisa did not push us to purchase any property, her goal was to educate us then she showed us around the area so we could make a intelligent choice. She wanted us to find a home that we would be happy with in retirement for a long time without any regrets. We did find our retirement home at a specular price thanks to her. Then came the difficult part closing while 3,000 miles away. Larisa handled everything, closing went off without a glitch thanks to her attention to details.
