The Calenda Team provided us with truly outstanding service. We followed their advice in some modest fixing up of the property pre-listing. They found tradesmen who worked well and were reasonably priced. They also decided how to “stage” the property to show its strengths when it was listed. We were well advised as we worked through the sales negotiation process. Everything worked seamlessly. As I said at closing, she is a real “pro”. You are lucky to have her out there representing Michael Saunders & Company.

Although we have a lot of real estate experience, I have to admit that we felt at a definite disadvantage by being out-of-state buyers and doing much of the process long distance. However, you had come to us highly recommended. After seeing you in action, we had every confidence that the deal would be handled properly knowing that you were in place. We were not disappointed—in fact we could not have been more pleased!

When my husband and I decided to list our home for sale, we chose Nicole because of her dedication and professionalism. Jennifer was wonderful to work with. She was helpful in every way! She was professional throughout the process of selling my condo and she sold it very quickly! We have moved many times in the last twenty-five years, including one transcontinental move and two transatlantic moves. Pat Mudgett is by far the BEST real estate agent we have dealt with. Every aspect of the house search and purchase was handled smoothly and efficiently.
