She helped us find and negotiate the purchase of our house in a very difficult sellers’ market. Her real value, integrity and wisdom shown when we decided to sell. Jennifer said the time was right. From that point forward, Jennifer took over. She determined which cosmetic improvements were needed and what price point would be appropriate. She managed the contractors hired to spruce up the house and personally staged the house for sale. The results were outstanding. The house sold in fewer than average days for slightly more than the full asking price. Jennifer and her team were there for everything from market evaluation to closing. We would only rely on Jennifer if we ever return to Florida.

Brian and Mary were a tremendous help in assisting us in acquiring our dream vacation home on Useppa Island. Having bought and sold many properties over the years we have to say that Karen Brown is the most professional and caring realtor.
