Referred by a well-established attorney, we reached out to Jennifer Linehan with Michael Saunders & Company to help us sell our home. She might as well have ridden in on a white horse. Topper and Domasky performed superbly. They were happy to do a pre-signing interview to answer my many questions about selling, were able to do digital furniture staging of the vacant home, stopped by several times to check on things. This was truly a blessing as I was selling from over 400 miles away. Communication: A++. Texts and emails were answered almost immediately during waking hours (and we all sleep from time to time). I was selling an unusual property, literally impossible to comp because of size, features and age (125 year old Victorian) with incredible curb appeal in an area where housing prices tend low. Yet they somehow managed to generate international interest and offers; I accepted an offer about 30 days after listing and we closed 60+ days after that (I was not happy about the lengthy contract but the buyer, coming from across the country, insisted it was necessary and it was not something we could control). Excellent communication continued during the stressful time when we got to the end of the contract and were asked for an extension: I needed to know what was still needed to close, and was this truly a good faith negotiation? They got the needed information and we proceeded to closing a few days later. I am very pleased and highly recommend using this agency to help you sell.
