Working with Jennifer was a delight. She was effective in identifying properties for consideration and narrowing our search based on our requirements. In 2014 I lost my longtime renter and panicked. I had only fair results with two other companies. Someone mentioned they used you for a rental, so I gave it a shot. Thank goodness for word of mouth! I got rentals for months that usually went empty and also got a very good caliber of renters. I trust Diann and will recommend her anytime.

With her help and guidance, we were able to purchase the right home for us in Port Charlotte. She has built a great support team from Home Inspector to Pool Maintenance (I've got a guy for that). We feel the Collier Group, Janis and Ron, are very competent realtors. They recently helped us purchase a home and we were very happy with them as our agents. They worked with a high degree of professionalism and their knowledge of the area and available homes was quite extensive. We were in Iowa when we started this process and we didn't have a clue of how the real estate business worked in Florida. Debra was a wealth of information and she is so patient with our silly questions. Now that we are in Florida and have a contract for a house, she is our resource for everything. My wife is from Germany and doesn't impress easily. We've been married for 32 years and she is still not impressed. But Debra impressed her right away.

Best ever! I was referred to Rudy by other satisfied Sarasota clients and couldn't be happier. He did a thorough market survey, priced the unit just right, and sold for more than we'd hoped. He was prompt with everything and so nice to work with. Rudy kept me updated and was easy to reach whenever I needed to call. Although I am out of state, Rudy walked me through every detail and worked well with my attorney. I didn't need to attend the closing, which came off without a hitch. I cannot thank Rudy enough or recommend him more highly.
