When we listed our property not a lot had been sold there recently. Ken was very knowledgeable about the area and knew where and how to market it. He found us a buyer much quicker than we had expected at the top of our asking price. We would list with him again if we had aproperty to sell in that area.

Ken was not just a listing agent, he was also a seller! You do not find that in a real estate broker anymore. Everybody wants to list and forget about you. NOT KEN! When Ken gets a call from you, his response time is fantastic. His knowledge of the real estate market is excellent. We highly recommend Ken.

My wife and I would highly recommend Ken. As we live up North, Ken had to do most of the legwork finding us a suitable home near the water. When we were ready to come down, Ken presented us with a detailed portfolio of a number of excellent homes which we then viewed over a two day period. One of the homes we just couldn’t resist. Ken negotiated on our behalf, took care of all the details including various home inspections, and got us the house for a great price. After purchasing the home, Ken helped us with a myriad of details including utilities, electric, and even helped us return the cable boxes. Ken is a great guy and the best realtors we have ever met!

Ken Parr was very professional and responsive in helping us sell our house. He arranged for a very impressive set of pictures and helped us understand the process. Our home sold in 6 days at almost the full asking price. That tells me it was priced right and Ken worked hard at marketing it.

Ken Parr has worked with my husband and I in buying and selling several properties. Six property transactions in total. We have worked with a good many other Realtors over the years. Were far from young and we have a tendancy to move frequently. A touch of gypsy in me perhaps. Ken was a standout the first time we used his sevices. This explains the five more times since then. He keeps a client informed daily. This is true. We always knew Ken would make that quick call even when there was nothing new to report. He even called us when he was out of state on family business. Closings were consistently effortless and nothing was left undone. We cannot recommend him highly enough. One more comment if I may. My background was in Banking, Real Estate and Mortgages.
