As a first-time homebuyer I feel very fortunate to have had Sylvia by my side. Her knowledge of the real estate business was invaluable as she moved through every obstacle with the greatest of ease. She not only helped us with the paperwork, inspections and deadlines, but with other smaller details such as contact information for electric, trash, water, cable and more which was most appreciated. When we were suddenly unable to make the closing in Florida she deftly arranged for a mobile closer to bring us all the paperwork in upstate New York. Sylvia is truly a multi-tasking marvel. In late May 2014, my wife and I visited with several realtors, including Marlene Marshall, with the purpose of selecting a realtor to represent us in the sale of our condo in the Sunrise Cove Condominium complex on Siesta Key in Sarasota, Florida. The other realtors proposed a similar selling price based on the selling price of a condo in the same complex, basically the same unit as ours, and other similar units for sale in the area. We did not think this was unreasonable and we would net close to the amount I wanted to get after all expenses. Marlene said our unit should not be compared to the other unit in the complex because it offered much more (updated, showed better, etc.). She suggested a selling price that was significantly more than the other realtors proposed. Within days Marlene received a legitimate cash offer for the amount of the listing. We closed within 30 days & ended up with a good deal more cash in pocket than we would have received if we went with one of the other realtors we interviewed.

Marlene is a total pro and superb to work with in all regards-- her market knowledge, pricing, negotiating, paperwork and closing skills-- all TOP NOTCH. She is warm and personable but is very efficient and doesn't waste clients' time. She zero'd right in our needs and made our remote purchase easy.

My experience with Jaymie Carter of Michael Saunders & Company was nothing short of extraordinary. Her untiring resolve to meet our requirements was inspiring to both my wife and I. Jaymie made us feel that we were the most important people and she would find that very special place just for us. Through the whole process of finding and closing on the property, although we were over a thousand miles away, she always made herself available to us. I would highly recomend her to anyone.

Maruta did a fantastic job in selling our home on Tidy Island. It was a very stressful time for us and Maruta went out of her way to help us thru the process. She was extremely helpful in suggesting things we should do to make our home more saleable. She is the most knowledgeable real estate professional I have ever met. I thing I appreciated most about Maruta was her willingness to do anything to help us sell our home. She made this whole transaction very easy. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been working with Barbara for a couple of years. She patiently worked with me as I tried to identify the right property in Sarasota County. Never pressured me. Knows the market extremely well and is very professional. Also, as a long distance buyer from New York, I needed additional help locating local professionals to get to closing. Barbara provided all the recommendations and I have not been disappointed with one....(Paula Switzer at Movement Mortgage is especially good/professional.) Now all I have to do is enjoy my home.
