I have known Veronika Bajtala for 6[six] years. She has managed the condo assoc. where I have been an owner for 20 yrs. During that 20 yrs. she has been the BEST manager that the Beachaven Condo. Assoc. as employed. I have served on their B.O.D., chaired Committees and served as its V.P. Therefore have worked closely with her on many issues. She is professional at all times, patient, willing to learn and holds up well under pressure. My husband and I have moved 15 times for corporate relocations and have witnessed the good, the bad and the ugly. Tim stands out as one of the very best, most professional that we have ever worked with. His knowledge of Sarasota and especially Longboat Key was astounding. Tim was most patient with us as we worked our way through the many options available with island living. Never once, did Tim try to hard sell us. Once we had chosen our property Tim stayed on top of a very difficult negotiation and closing that many realtors would not have been able to maneuver. We credit Tim for helping us find our slice and paradise and we do not hesitate to refer him to anyone interested in a move to the area. He is a gem.
