I am happy to have the opportunity to express my opinion regarding the exceptional service provided by Laura Kovac. This is not the first time we have used Laura but the most unusual. Laura is always a thorough, professional, organized, thoughtful and caring representative of your company. In our case Laura went above and beyond what you might expect. Arriving for the inspection of our home, she was informed that my husband had been taken to the hospital by ambulance. When able, she joined me at the hospital to support me; her support has continued.

We thought the service provided by Stephanie was outstanding. We were selling from our Ohio location and never met Stephanie, but she provided help beyond what might be reasonably expected in resolving some issues that we couldn't attend to on site. Stephanie kept us well informed during the listing period, was very prompt on communications, and always followed up as promised. She also provided good advice. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone interested in selling a property.

We were represented in our recent home purchase by Drew Russell and could not have been more satisfied with his services and performance. He always returned our messages promptly, and that goes a long way with me. My father who, in his 70s has worked with a lot of realtors, told me without my asking that Drew was the best realtor he had ever come across. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and very patient. She called us to let us know we had a chance to be the first to see a beautiful home that was just coming on the market. The house was everything we had wanted! We told her to make it happen and she did! Later that day we had our house and were able to move in by our deadline date. We were also fortunate to have Linda Page as the seller’s agent. Michelle and Linda worked beautifully together making the entire transaction flow smoothly. We feel lucky to have been associated with two such experienced and dedicated agents.

We just have to say that Michael Hollenbeck gave us exceptional service. He was very professional. He made time for us every single time we came down to Florida. He always returned our calls. He showed us so many homes and lots. His emails that updated the homes on the market were very helpful. We will be sending family and friends to Michael in the future.
