My family just experienced the most professional and pleasurable experience with Linda Driggs, her assistant Renn and the dedication of the Michael Saunders & Co. real estate firm. Our condo unit was marketed using gorgeous photography, an enticing description and extensive area coverage. Linda went above and beyond, especially since we are in New York - she took control as if it were her own unit to sell. A buyer was found quickly and the closing went smoother than expected. Larry has been the most patient person I have ever met. No question is left unanswered, even for a family who has never gone through the process of buying a home. He has made himself available 24/7 which is incredible. Not only is he great with the housing market, he is also a warm and welcoming individual. Never pushy, never short, never rude. We met Tom Cinquegrano at an open house he was holding. After describing the type of home we were looking for, Tom sent us some listings to consider.
