Jim Litton was the primary person we dealt with over a four day period. There was another person, Steve I believe, on Jim's day off. Both made us comfortable and were knowledgable. Jim was outstanding and we appreciated the "lay-back non-pressure" atmosphere he exuded. Made us feel comfortable in his presence. We recently had the pleasure of working with Jennifer when we purchased our Villa in Burnt Store Marina. What a pleasure working with a true professional. Jennifer listened to our "wish list" and budget and showed us a variety of properties that met our criteria. Never did she try to "up sell us" by showing properties that exceeded our stated budget. She did an outstanding job of keeping us informed during the paperwork phase of our purchase by phone, email, text message.....whatever was the most efficient for both parties. We would like to feel that we not only have an outstanding real estate agent but also a new friend in our community.
