Dianne Corcoran went above and beyond to lead me through the sale of my mothers home. From how to handle a renter, to dealing with the title company, she patiently explained the process and provided local support for me as an absentee owner. I think she helped me land the best offer, and made the process as painless as possible. She either answered or returned all of my phone calls, texts, and e-mails promptly.

We engaged Karen to help us find a house in the Bay area when we decided to retire here from Philadelphia. Being new to the Florida purchase process, we were very fortunate to have been able to have Laurie work on our behalf. Working with Julia McClung far exceeded our expectations; time and again she went above and beyond my expectations. I think the thing that impressed me most was that she put forth all this effort to deliver truly outstanding customer service. I would have expected such service if we had been buying a multi-million dollar mansion, but we weren't, so it was surprising and extra delightful to us to be on the receiving end of Julia's amazing efforts.
