When we were looking for a community that allows 2 larger dogs, Dalmatians, Trish knew exactly the right community for us in our price range. She gave us the web site to check out available homes. She gave us the sales reps name and phone number which we called immediately to make an appt. We drove around the community initially and after looking at 3 homes, we picked out our home and bought the next day. We have been in our home for almost 4 years and could not be happier. We thank God Trish knew of our community. She is an expert in her field. Not only is she professional but a lovely person.

Seldom have I met an agent as professional and conscientious as Diane Otis Stirling, who sold us a property last week. In fact, we had been looking for several years in the Sarasota area but got so discouraged with the lack of real effort on the part of most agents that we met, we finally gave up until my wife was recommended to Diane. This is to comment on the very dedicated and professional manner in which Marybeth Tvaroch displayed while representing us in the sale of our home. She carefully explained every detail to us from day one listing the residence to contacting us by 'phone or email several times per week for an update on how the project was moving forward. She then was with us from the day the house sold to the closing at the attorney's office. I would refer and recommend her to any friend or acquaintance who might want to list a home for sale or are looking for a home to buy.

I purchased my home last October. Janis Collier was my realtor. She greeted us with a great smile and exactly on time. The first thing she did was to take us on a tour of Sarasota, the Lakewood Ranch community was where we found a home that we liked but Janis insisted that we look further to the point that we where going to build a home. After doing our due diligence, we bought the first home we saw. Janis was by our side the entire experience. Arlene and I couldn't say enough good things about Janis Collier, we would use her again in a second.

Annette's energy and enthusiasm impressed me; she always went the extra mile. Her fervor on the day of closing was as great as on the day I first met her. It's not the kind of attitude that one can fake, it has to come naturally, and it does to Annette. Yes, she's a terrific salesperson, but most successful Realtors are. What sets her apart, in my view, is that she's an amazingly responsive serviceperson. Annette is one of a kind, someone who will never disappoint, and who will continually surprise you in the best possible way.
