Trish Chandler is the most professional real estate agent we have ever delt with over the years among several transactions in multiple states with other agents. Robert was diligent with our quest to find a condo in Pinestone. He is an excellent listener and showed us properties that met our criteria, which made it so much easier for us to shop and saved us time. We did find the right condo and look forward to using our unit this winter. During the closing process he was very diligent and kept us informed on all issues that arose before and during the closing and as a result all went smoothly. Annette Bentley is an exceptional agent. She took the time and effort to show me every building downtown and every available unit. With her help, I selected a fabulous apartment. She expertly guided me through the negotiation, inspection and closing process. She was a strong advocate and I was able to acquire the apartment at a substantially reduced price. When an opportunity presented itself to acquire a rental unit on Siesta Key, I immediately called her. Once again she did not disappoint. B.J. was very trusting to say the least. The characteristics that stood out right away were his genuine personality, overall professionalism and his keen analysis in getting to know us. He gave us the fairest treatment throughout the entire process and we felt confident that he had everybody’s best interest at heart.
