It was a great experience trying to find a condo and closing. Kevin Carroll was always accessible and very accommodating. When we found condos we liked, Kevin provided additional information and pictures that was very helpful. I had tried to buy a couple of years ago with a different real estate agency and it was horrible. So if you are looking to buy here be careful, all real estate agencies are not equal. We came down on Mother's Day and we closed by Father's Day - it was a great experience!

Recently my husband and I purchased a unit on Central Avenue and would like to pass along our experience, especially Jennifer Putnam. She and my husband hit it off immediately during their first telephone contact. She was responsive, well-informed and always looked out for our best interest. I want you know that Celeste Dymnicki did an A+ job for us. First, she did a great deal of research while we were searching for properties. Second, she managed all the visits exceptionally well. Finally and most importantly, she did everything that was necessary through this very difficult closing process to make the deal happen, while protecting our interests. She most definitely has been the best real estate agent that we have ever used. Celeste did such an outstanding job for us and we are very pleased!

Might I take a few minutes to compliment Pam Wall on her tremendous efforts on our behalf! Pam was efficient, over the top helpful, knowledgeable and gracious throughout the process. Her service to us was phenomenal, seemingly she works 24/7 as we had conversations and shared e-mails all hours of the day and all days of the week. She covered for us with the inspections, installations, seller repair issues and a host of time consuming items. In summary Pam far exceeded our expectations! We would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a true professional.

From the moment we met Michael Yawitz until the closing, he helped us not only in matters directly relating to the house purchase but also with educating us on how things are done in the U.S.A. If he didn’t know the answer to anything, he found out in a very timely fashion. If there was a problem, he resolved it. I cannot speak highly enough of Michael; he was honest, kind, considerate, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. These qualities combined with his great sense of humor made him a tremendous person to have had on our side. I have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

Erica assisted us in the sale of our home, and was simply amazing to work with. She went above and beyond assisting my wife and I with our sale! Erica provided attention to all the details and the results reflected within the quick, smooth sale of our home. Karen is clearly knowledgable of the market, very organized and patient.
