Because of a short-notice job relocation, we found ourselves in a situation where we needed to sell our house as quickly as possible. Our next-door neighbor had just recently found a buyer for their house within about a week of listing. They spoke very highly of the amazing realtors who helped them. Their agents were none other than David and Theresa Meyers with Michael Saunders & Company! Needless to say, when it was time for us to sell ours – we knew who to call!! From the first contact, David and Theresa presented themselves as two individuals who were down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and in a very short period of time we developed a relationship like we had been friends for years. Their communication with us was unbelievable; every question, no matter how small, was always dealt with immediately and with the utmost urgency. They did everything in their power to make the whole process as worry-free as possible for us. Most importantly – their knowledge of the business and the market is just incredible! Our suggestion to anyone who works with them: listen to them and take their advice! They really know what they’re doing!! Katie Malloy was recommended to us through friends who bought a home, with Katie's assistance, and have happily retired to Venice, Florida. Due to our long distance search for a second home, Katie immediately assessed our interests and needs. She then continually provided listings, area information and frequent updates so that we could prepare in advance of our visit. As a result of Katie's expertise and excellent communication, we were armed with a wealth of knowledge and narrowed the properties down to a select list. Katie set up appointments for our weekend visit and we found our special home by early afternoon of the first day. Denise Mei was a gem to work with. She never tired of showing us new places and re-showing old ones. She went out of her way to show us the area. When the going got tough and it did, she hung in there, always offering advice and timely returning phone calls. I'll conclude by saying that if any of our friends are contemplating a move to the Sarasota area, I would not hesitate a nanosecond to give them her phone number.
