This was a very difficult sale, however I felt as if all the stress was taken away from me. Mr. Loebker was able to keep me thinking positive when there were snags. Mr. Loebker represented himself and Michael Saunders with the utmost professionalism. He approached the board members in a very strategic way and I am so thankful that Mr. Loebker was able to be the buffer I needed to sell this property. I very much enjoyed working with Nicole as I purchased my FL home. She was professional, on time, and was knowledgeable of the properties available. We did it all in one week, and closing was two weeks later. She was very focused in helping me find a suitable home in the time frame I had. We found Jennifer to be extremely friendly and professional in our dealings with her. Being Canadian we were not familiar with the ins and outs of the Florida real estate market and were quite anxious about getting involved in it. Brian Loebker of Michael Saunders & Co.-Siesta Key was a pleasure to work with and a true professional. Upon the sudden death of my mother, my siblings and I had to sell her home in a timely manner.
