I am proud to recommend Magda Whelton as a real estate professional. My wife & I are out of state residents who were seeking a vacation home in Venice. As a business owner I have little time to “shop the market”. Magda was recommended by someone we knew in the area. We contacted her and she was polite and courteous and took the time to ask and answer a number of questions about the type of home we were looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable of the properties and communities in the area. We made a date to visit a few weeks later. Over the next three weeks we traded several emails narrowing down a list of homes we would visit. We spent a half day Sunday & a Monday morning looking at homes; Magda found us the perfect place. We made an offer Monday afternoon (which was initially rejected). Magda spent that evening and the next morning negotiating on our behalf. We signed a contract @ noon and made our 3:30 flight home. We closed five weeks later. Thank you Magda.

Denise & Nicole Mei did an exceptional job throughout the process of selling our mother’s house. We live out of state, so they immediately took over and told us to rest easy; we did and soon knew that we were in good hands. They superbly managed all aspects of the sale; everything was done in a timely and satisfactory manner. We could not have asked for better agents. Recently we purchased a second condo in Whitney Beach. By incredible luck our realtors were Jenine & Bruce Meyer. We’ve been involved in many real estate transactions over the years but Jenine & Bruce were by far the best, nicest, most helpful, most knowledgeable ever. We’re telling all our friends about them.

We purchased our first home from two absolutely wonderful agents, Denise & Nicole. They took such great care of us when we were in the market to rent a home, then we decided to switch gears and search for homes to buy. When we fell in love with a beautiful home, they quickly went to work submitting our offer and negotiating our interests. After what felt like a quick and painless experience, the seller accepted and we were beyond happy! To say that they took care of us is an understatement! We were very pleased with the effort that Bob Harsh provided us in the search for our home in Venice, Florida. We had a limited amount of time and he was very helpful in narrowing our search to only homes that met our requirements. In fact, we purchased the first home he showed us in a beautiful development. Bob did a great job of facilitating the process with ourselves and the sellers as both parties lived in other states. The closing was seamless and quick due his diligence.

We have long wanted to buy a house in Florida, I have worked with other realtors in other counties but have Bob Certainly made our buying experience wonderful. He went out of his way to locate this one in Englewood and was very helpful with my wife. He certainly did not think I was going to sign on the dotted line until the very end but he was the reason for it all. We have stayed friends since the sale, he is helping us find people to do some upgrades. My wife & I are very happy with Bob Harsch advise.
