Thank you for all your help and expertise. All the work you did on staging and photography prior to listing our beach front estate property on Longboat Key paid off with a sale in only 11 days. We believe we priced well with regards to the market. Albeit less than the others, but then again, as you know the other 15 beach front properties are still for sale and we are sold.
