Marcia walked us through what was needed to get our home ready to show and made some suggestions when we were hesitant. We were kept well informed as things progressed and when the actual selling process went so quickly and smoothly we were wondering when the bad things would start. None did and so we appreciate and thank you for the ease you made the selling of our house. We can assure you that if we are ever asked about a realtor we will certainly recommend you.

Marcia is very responsible and always does what she says she will do. Other agents in Sarasota show Marcia's properties, because either they've worked together in the past and had a positive experience or because of her reputation. Marcia has always offered me great advice during the negotiations, but has never pushed me. Once a contract has been signed, she has stayed on top of every detail to make sure we closed each transaction on time. She is an outstanding lady who is committed to her profession.

During the sale of my mother’s home, Howie has helped us immensely. He not only found us a buyer, he assisted us in finding repair men, movers for her furniture to Maryland and suppliers for parts to repair items in the home.
