Christine is one of the best agents that I have ever worked with. She helped me find a home in Sarasota while I was living in Michigan. She looked at several properties for me, made recommendations, refined and reworked my search area so that I was able to purchase a home with ease and comfort. Christine is also very keen to new technology, and would send me up to the minute videos of the houses and the area using her smartphone. She's a keeper!

We decided that we would look for land in Sarasota and of course we decided to use Michael Saunders. We were assigned Kristen Srur and from the moment she picked us up we could tell that she had listened to our description of the areas where we wanted to own and had an in depth package of information on each piece of land. We give Kristen Srur very high marks and would unconditionally recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy in the Sarasota area.

Christine was excellent as my buyer's agent. I was very undecided about the area of town I wanted to buy. She patiently spent many hours taking me to different areas and showing all appropriate listings in the areas requested. After the purchase she was able to recommend and organize vendors to do the repairs and upgrades I wanted in the house before I moved in. She still stays in touch with me even after two years of the sale. She is a full service agent.

Maruta Miluns worked tirelessly to assist in presenting the property for sale, holding countless showings; and used her skills to guide the negotiations in a positive way. Even after we de-listed the house for a couple of the worst years, we just had to come back to her when we listed again--she really earned our respect and even admiration for her work ethic. It was her extra hard work and determination that made everything come out great at the end.

Our experience with your company from the time we put our home on the market until we sold it was excellent. Joan Boltax did an outstanding job not only with lookers but suggestions and help. It is to our disadvantage that the market was and it depressed. However, we accepted the offer and I can not praise Joan enough for all her efforts including the details of the move.
