Just because you have a friend in the real estate business is not a good reason to list your property with them. You want to choose one of the top producers with the top firm. Linda Page is that realtor with a proven track record and many contacts. She advertises, she knows what to say to a prospective client and she knows how to close a deal. I recommend her whole heartedly.
